Update (12:51pm) 
Power has been restored to portions of Talent. City offices are now open. However, the intersection of West Valley View and Highway 99 is still without power, continue to treat intersection as a 4-way stop.

Power is out! The City of Talent and Talent Police Department would like to inform residents that there is a city wide power outage. 
City offices are currently closed.
City officials are working with Pacific Power to determine the cause for the recent power outages. 
The traffic control lights at the intersections of highway 99/Rapp Road and Highway 99/West Valley View are out. PLEASE TREAT THESE INTERSECTIONS AS 4-way stop until the power is restored.
