Submitting Plans for Home Rebuilds
- Submit debris removal permits. If you are in the floodplain, you will need to submit a floodplain application along with the debris removal permits. If you are unsure, please contact the Planning Department before submitting your permit.
- Submit three (3) sets of building plans along with all of the permits listed below. Plans can be submitted by appointment per Covid-19 compliance, please contact the Planning Department to schedule an appointment.
- If you are in the floodplain, you will need to submit a floodplain application and a valid elevation certificate. If you are unsure, please contact the Planning Department before submitting plans.
- You will be contacted when your permits is ready to be issued.
- Pick up your permit(s) and pay all remaining fees.
- Permits are issued from 10:00am to 12:00pm, Monday through Friday. Otherwise, please contact the Planning Department to schedule an appointment.
