If you wish to address the City Council on an agenda or non-agenda item but plan to attend the meeting via Zoom, you can still have your voice heard. Please email the City Recorder at publictestimony@cityoftalent.org with your name, address, and whether you would like to speak on an agenda item (see agenda) or a non-agenda item (topic not on the agenda). We will accept email requests until the meeting begins. However, once the meeting starts, speaker requests cannot be submitted either in-person or online.
