Anyone wishing to provide comment on a particular item, or non-agenda item, can submit a request to speak via e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject line “Public Comment on Non-Agenda Items” by 5:00pm on the day of the meeting. Please provide the following information in your email:
1) Your name and city for the record.
2) Your Zoom user name or the last 4 digits of the phone number you are calling from so we can be sure to call on you when appropriate.
3) The item you wish to speak to, or indicate if it is to a non-agenda item.
