New Service

If you are a new customer, please complete our water service application. Applications must be signed by the owner/property manager and tenant of the property involved and must be filed with the city before they become effective. New customers will also need to pay a water deposit. This deposit depends on the size of the water meter that is servicing the property. Please contact the Utility Billing Department for the size of the water meter. Only individuals listed on the utility account will be able to access information regarding the account.
  

Turning On Your Water

You will need to call the Utility Billing department (541)535-1566, to set up a date and time for the water to be turned on. Water service activation appointments are scheduled to a two hour window, one in the morning and one in the afternoon. Before water service is reconnected all outstanding balances must be paid. An adult, 18 years of age or older, must be present at the service address to verify and sign that the water has been turned on.
