Temporary Emergency Accommodation Requirements

Pursuant to the City Manager's Executive Order (2021-03-EO), Community Development in consultation with the City Manager's Office have developed Temporary Emergency Accommodations (TEAs) requirements to facilitate the safe and orderly placement of temporary emergency housing.  Below is a link to the general requirements.  A link to the required Temporary Use Permit and Building Permit application (if necessary) can be found in the document below.

These requirements shall remain in effect until March 10, 2023, or the State of Emergency is terminated by Mayoral proclamation.
